We are currently working with Healthy Workplaces Leicestershire & Rutland to roll out the Workplace Health Needs Assessment to our employees.

The assessment aims to help organisations understand the health and wellbeing of their workforce and covers important topics such as mental 🧠 and physical health 💪 as well as other topics like financial wellbeing 💷 and workplace culture.

We can then use our results to identify any potential areas within the business where improvements could be made to promote a healthier culture, determine whether there's any topics we could offer more support for and hopefully boost the overall health of our team. 📈
