Last week, we visited Bleckmann UK (Lutterworth) to go through the results of their Workplace Health Needs Assessment (WHNA) that we rolled out in February as part of our early-access programme.

It was great to meet up with their HR Business Partner Nicola McCluskey and really learn about the health and wellbeing needs of their staff, both through her experiences and the results of the WHNA.

From this, we have agreed their actions for the next year, and as a result we are pleased to announce that they are the first employer to receive our "Engaged" level of the Healthy Workplaces Leicestershire Accreditation scheme.
