Maximus - Access to Work Mental Health Support Service
The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service provides confidential mental health support for stress, anxiety, depression, low mood and much more, in the workplace, at no cost. With dedicated support for nine months, Maximus cover all the key things like coping strategies, workplace adjustments, practical advice and guidance, as well as a plan to return to work.

The service aims to improve the health and wellbeing of residents across Leicestershire. It is able to provide information and support as well as signpost you to a range of different services.

Local Area Co-ordinators aim to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. This helps to reduce demand on public services (mainly health and social care), preventing people from reaching crisis, and requiring costly care and support services.
